Durability analysis and optimization of hydraulic cylinder piston rod
In order to study the fatigue performance of the hydrocylinder in pile machine,a very typical working case of the hydrocylinder was obtained through market research,and the pressure load spectrum was tested,then the pressure load spectrum was converted into the force load spectrum.According to the characteristics of the load spectrum,each load spectrum was disassembled and analyzed,and the results showed that each cycle included four processes:main windlass lifting,pile driving,pressure holding back,pressure relief and tuning down.Based on the single cycle of the load spectrum,the fatigue life of piston rod of hydrocylinder was analyzed by using the finite simulation and fatigue theory.Through the analysis,the fatigue life and risk area of piston rod can be predicted,which provides a reference for the structural optimization.
