摘要
针对现有烟草田间管理机械体积大、质量大、移动不灵活等问题,设计了一种自走式烟草田间管理一体机底盘,通过对车架、转向机构及底盘液压动力系统的优化设计以及车架应力分析,结果表明,优化后的底盘降低了车体质量,使传动更平稳、响应更迅速、安装更便捷、移动更灵活、布置更紧凑,为烟草打顶抑芽机械底盘的设计提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the problems of existing tobacco field management machinery,such as large volume,heavy weight,and inflexible movement,a self-propelled tobacco field management integrated machine chassis was designed,the frame,steering mechanism and chassis hydraulic power system were optimized,and stress analysis was conducted on the chassis.The optimization of the chassis reduced the weight of the vehicle body,making the transmission smoother,response faster,installation more convenient,movement more flexible,and layout more compact,providing reference for the design of tobacco topping and sprouting suppression machinery chassis.
