摘要

针对某乘用车白车身弯曲刚度未达到目标值的问题,分别采用基于位移响应的灵敏度方法、基于函数响应的灵敏度方法、比例灵敏度方法得到对白车身弯曲刚度较为敏感的部件;以车身质量最小为目标,以弯扭刚度及1阶模态为约束,对其进行尺寸优化.优化结果表明,基于函数响应的灵敏度分析方法挑选出的部件进行尺寸优化时的效果最佳,优化后的白车身弯曲刚度提升14.40%,质量降低2.14%,动静态性能基本满足设计要求.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the bending stiffness of a passenger car body in white did not reach the target value,sensitivity methods based on displacement response,sensitivity methods based on function response and proportional sensitivity methods were respectively used to obtain the parts sensitive to the bending stiffness of the body in white car.With the minimum body mass as the goal,the bending and torsional stiffness and the first-order mode as the constraints,the size optimization was carried out.The optimization results showed that the parts selected by the sensitivity analysis method based on the function response had the best effect in size optimization.The bending stiffness of the optimized body in white was increased by 14.40%,the mass was reduced by 2.14%,and the dynamic and static performance basically met the design requirements.
