某车型造型面空气动力学减阻方向仿真分析与研究

为减小整车行驶阻力、提高续航能力,针对某车型造型面,通过STAR-CCM+软件进行仿真,识别基础模型风阻可优化区域.通过车头下压、后窗两侧内收、尾翼下压、车身后部整体内收、后保两侧增加分离特征等进行优化分析,得到风阻优化量,为车辆后续的工程开发提供支持.
Simulation and research on aerodynamic drag reduction of a vehicle surface
To reduce the wind resistance,increase the cruising power,for the surface of a vehicle,STAR-CCM+ was used to conduct simulation and identify the area where the wind resistance of the basic model could be optimized.Through downward height of the front bumper,retraction on both sides of the rear window,downward height of the tail wing,overall retraction at the rear of the body,and separation features added on both sides of the rear bumper,optimization analysis of this model was carried out,and wind resistance optimization was obtained,providing support for development of the vehicle.
