商用车换挡器信号校验研究

摘要
以商用车换挡器为研究对象,分析了换挡器存在的2种典型问题,提出了给换挡器增加硬线冗余信号并提出一种换挡器信号校验控制策略.以某载货车为例验证换挡器信号校验控制策略的可行性,结果表明,该信号校验控制策略可以帮助维修服务人员快速锁定故障源头;在换挡器CAN信号出现故障时,可以保证车辆继续行驶到安全停车区域.
Abstract
Taking commercial vehicle shifter as the research object,two typical problems of the shifter were analyzed,adding hard wire redundant signals to shifter,and a shifter signal verification control strategy was proposed.Taking a certain truck as an example to verify the feasibility of the shifter signal verification control strategy,and the results showed that the signal verification control strategy can help servicemen quickly identify the source of the fault;When the CAN signal of the shifter malfunctions,it can ensure that the vehicle continues to drive to a safe parking area.
