摘要

为拓宽烟叶在工业环节的原料使用范围,解决烟叶供需结构性矛盾,推进配方打叶技术创新,通过设计实验,在打叶复烤前对选后烟叶按一定长度标准进行叶基与叶身的分切加工处理,再根据配方模块进行打叶复烤,并与未分切的成品片烟进行对比分析,研究二者的加工质量、化学成分、感官质量以及综合利用水平.研究结果表明:烟叶离线分切加工工艺可以有效提高大片率,减低水分和烟碱CV值,改善烟叶感官质量,降低烟叶加工损耗,提高烟叶的综合利用水平,实现1+1>2的效果,对于行业的烟叶利用率提升、模块化配打、均质化加工具有一定的战略意义.

Abstract

In order to broaden the use of raw materials in the industrial process of tobacco leaves,focus on solving the structural contradiction between supply and demand of tobacco leaves and promote the innovation of formula threshing technology.Through the design of experiments,the selected tobacco leaves were cut according to a certain length standard before threshing and redrying,and then threshing and redrying were carried out according to the formula module,and compared with the uncut tobacco products.The processing quality,chemical composition,sensory quality and comprehensive utilization level of the two were studied.The results showed that the proposed tobacco leaf off-line cutting process can effectively improve the large rate,reduce the moisture and nicotine CV value,improve the sensory quality of tobacco leaves,reduce the processing loss of tobacco leaves,improve the comprehensive utilization level of tobacco leaves,and achieve the effect of 1+1>2.This is of certainly great strategic significance for the improvement of tobacco leaf utilization rate,modular beating and homogenization processing in the whole industry.
