Summary of research status on hole processing damage and inhibition measures in hard and brittle materials
The inherent hard and brittle characteristics of hard and brittle materials lead to defects such as pore damage, inner hole surface defects, and inner hole subsurface damage that are prone to occur in traditional hole processing. In order to address deficiencies in a targeted manner, analyze the current research status.Firstly, the material removal mechanism and process characteristics of hole processing in hard and brittle materials were reviewed to analyze the reasons for defects in current hole processing;Secondly, the research on measures to suppress hole processing damage mainly focused on adding auxiliary support at the hole mouth, improving tool structure, and optimizing process parameters; Finally,it was proposed to improve the machining quality of hard and brittle materials by optimizing process parameters and adding auxiliary support. To provide useful reference for improving the hole processing quality of hard and brittle materials.
