烟草种植业是我国农业产业的重要组成部分,烟草产量与烟叶质量、烟草打顶抑芽的及时性和完成度密切相关.目前我国很多地方仍使用人工打顶抑芽,作业繁琐、效率低、成本高.为解决这一问题,通过查阅文献和调研,设计了一款烟草打顶抑芽收集装置.该装置由打顶装置、抑芽剂喷施装置、悬挂系统组成.经过SolidWorks建模并分析,并于河南南阳的试验基地进行了试验,试验结果为打顶准确率 98%,抑芽剂喷施准确率 94.5%,顶芽收集率 94.1%,烟株损失率小于 5%.该装置能够更好地解决人工打顶抑芽效率低的问题,可以高效率、低损伤率去除烟草顶芽,为打顶抑芽装置的设计提供参考.
Design of a tobacco topping and leaf collection apparatus
Tobacco cultivation was an important part of China's agricultural industry.The yield and quality of tobacco leaves were closely related to the timely and complete topping and bud suppression of tobacco plants.However,in many areas of China,manual topping and bud suppression were still being used,which was labor-intensive,inefficient,and costly.To address this issue,a tobacco topping and bud suppression collection device was designed based on reviewing and researching literature and materials related to tobacco.The device consists of a topping device,bud suppressor application device,and suspension system.Through modeling and analysis using SolidWorks and conducting experiments at a test base in Nanyang,Henan,the experimental results showed an accuracy rate of 98%for topping,94.5%for bud suppressor application,94.1%for bud collection,and a tobacco plant loss rate of less than 5%.This device could effectively solve the problem of low efficiency in manual topping and bud suppression,and provide a reference for the design of topping and bud suppression devices with high efficiency and low damage to tobacco plants.
