Design and simulation of oil-gas suspension system based on AMESim
In order to solve the vibration reduction problem of agricultural tractor under complex working conditions,a pneumatic suspension system with two adjustable flow holes and an accumulator was designed for the front axle suspension of the tractor.AMESim was used to propose the simulation model of the pneumatic suspension,and the influences of throttle aperture,excitation frequency,accumulator pressure and volume on the output force characteristics of the pneumatic suspension were studied.The simulation results showed that the designed oil-gas suspension system has good nonlinear output force and velocity characteristics.The damping force of the suspension could be adjusted by adjusting the diameter of the throttle valve,and a better relationship between output force and displacement could be obtained.Some references were provided for the future design of the oil-gas suspension of agricultural vehicles.
