车载电子水阀发生共振会导致起固定作用的支架断裂,给汽车的正常行驶和人身安全造成巨大隐患.为判断车载电子水阀支架是否会发生共振引起断裂,运用ANSYS有限元分析方法计算车载电子水阀的固有频率,并根据其自身结构数据计算工作频率,判断是否会发生共振;分析水阀支架薄弱位置,提出结构优化方案,为进一步解决现有水阀振动问题及结构改进提供参考.
Modal analysis and structural optimization of water valve bracket based on ANSYS Workbench
The resonance of the electronic water on the vehicle would cause the bracket used for fixing to break,which would pose a huge hidden danger to the normal operation of the car and personal safety.In order to determine whether the water valve bracket has resonance and causes fracture,ANSYS finite element analysis method was used to calculate the natural frequency of the onboard electronic water valve,and the working frequency was calculated based on the structural data of the onboard electronic water valve itself,and the relationship between the two were verified to determine whether resonance had occurred.The weak position of the water valve bracket was analyzed,a structural optimization plan was proposed,and reference for further solving the existing water valve vibration problem and structural improvement was provided.
