Optimization of rear rubber bushing of front suspension stabilizer rod assembly for heavy tractor cab
In order to solve the problem of rubber cracking in the terminal market of the rear rubber bushing of the front suspension stabilizer rod assembly of the cab, based on the deformation of the rear bushing under working conditions, the failure reason of bushing was obtained.Combined with the bench test to verify it,thus the bushing was optimized. The stiffness the optimized bushing was analyzed by ABAQUS finite element analysis software, and sample part for the bench and terminal real car test verification was made. The results showed that the fatigue performance of the optimized product was more than 2.6 times that of the original structure, providing design ideas for the development of similar products in the future.
