In order to ensure environmental protection,safety,green grinding and get better cooling effect,the system of the mist cooling with focused ultrasonic was introduced.It contained an ultrasonic atomizer and an ultrasonic focused transducer.The grinding experiment was established,and the location of the ultrasonic atomizer was set.The force and temperature were tested,and the results showed that the system could get better cooling effect and lower grinding force.
