随着近年来全球汽车产量和保有量不断增加,以及在我国"碳达峰、碳中和"战略目标背景下,社会对汽车行业节能减排的要求日益提高.碳纤维复合材料具有模量高、强度高、质量轻、抗振动、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀等优点,通过碳纤维复合材料零部件的替代,可显著提升汽车轻量化水平和力学性能,达到节能减排的效果,并且可以有效改善金属疲劳等失效模式.对碳纤维复合材料的各项优异性能进行了说明,详细阐述碳纤维复合材料在不同汽车零部件的应用实例,探讨了目前碳纤维复合材料在汽车领域的应用困境,最后结合当前我国相关产业特点和政策支持,对碳纤维复合材料在汽车领域的应用前景进行了展望.
Application analysis of carbon fibre reinforced plastics in automotive field
With the increased of global automobile production and ownership in recent years,and in the context of China's"carbon peak,carbon neutral"strategic goal,the society's requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction of the automobile industry were increasing.Carbon fiber composite material has the advantages of high modulus,high strength,light weight,vibration resistance,fatigue resistance,corrosion resistance and so on.Through the replacement of carbon fiber composite parts,the lightweight level and mechanical properties of automobiles could be significantly improved,the effect of energy saving and emission reduction could be achieved,and the failure mode such as metal fatigue could be effectively improved.The excellent properties of carbon fiber composite materials were described,the application examples of carbon fiber composite materials in different automotive parts were reviewed in detail,and the current application difficulties of carbon fiber composite materials in the automotive field were discussed.Finally,the application prospects of carbon fiber composite materials in the automotive field were prospected based on the current characteristics of relevant industries and policy support in China.
