为解决生产现场滑移力不合格问题,提出一种滑移力影响因子分析方法,依据电动助力转向机工作原理,运用多阶段元件查找方法和滑移力拆解分析方法,对比BOB件和WOW件各零部件滑移力贡献值,锁定影响滑移力的关键因子是配置螺母.所提方法可有效分析并解决生产现场滑移力不合格问题,为新项目设计开发提供优化方向.
A method study for analyzing sliding force key factor of electric power steering system
Verify whether the sliding force impact factor analysis method could solve the problem of unqualified sliding force on the production site.Based on the working principle of the electric power steering machine(EPS-DP),using the method of multi-stage component searching and sliding force disassembly analysis,by comparing the contribution values of sliding forces between BOB parts and WOW parts,the key factors affecting sliding forces were identified.By using this method,the key factor affecting sliding force could be quickly identified,which was the set screw,to solve the problem of unqualified sliding force on the production site.The sliding force impact factor analysis method could effectively analyze and solve the problem of unqualified sliding force in production sites,providing design optimization direction for new project design and development.
