基于交通部燃料消耗量标准的动力总成匹配方法研究

为降低车辆综合油耗,以达到交通运输部相关燃料消耗量限值标准的要求,通过试验总结及公式推导简化,发现加速工况当前车速瞬时油耗与前一车速瞬时油耗比值为接近于 1 的常数,探明燃料消耗量的主要影响因素,纠正了整车阻力、整车质量及传动效率决定加速工况油耗的错误认知;通过选型匹配动力总成,明确了交通运输部燃料消耗量限值标准,引导整车厂匹配直接挡变速箱和小速比驱动桥的发展趋势.
Study of powertrain matching methods based on fuel consumption by Ministry of Transport
In order to reduce the combined fuel consumption of the Ministry of Transport,the trial summary and simplification of the calculation formula for accelerated fuel consumption revealed the characteristics of accelerating the operating conditions with the instantaneous fuel consumption(L/km)ratio of current vehicle speed to the instantaneous fuel consumption of the previous vehicle speed being close to a constant 1,and identified the factors influencing the consumption standard of fuel of the Ministry of Transport.The erroneous perception that total drag,overall mass,and transmission efficiency determine fuel consumption during acceleration conditions was corrected.By selecting the type of matched powertrain,the development trend of the MOTC fuel consumption standard guiding the complete vehicle plant to match direct transmission and small ratio drive axle was clarified.
