收获机械发动机冷却变向风扇开发与应用

收获机械作业时发动机转速高,在发动机冷却风扇作用下秸杆及杂草堆积在散热器前阻碍空气流通,导致散热性能差,针对这种问题开发了变向风扇,通过液压系统控制冷却风扇扇叶角度,使风扇在吸风及吹风间转换,从而有效地自动清除散热器吸附的杂物,达到散热系统自清洁的目的.经试验,变向风扇性能满足热平衡要求,可靠性满足1 000 h无故障的要求,风扇本体噪声恶化 1.78%满足NVH要求.
Development and application of engine cooling fan for harvesting machine
In view of the high engine speed during the operation of harvesting machine,straw and weeds accumulate in front of the radiator under the action of the engine cooling fan,which hindered air circulation and leads to poor heat dissipation performance.A redirecting fan was developed,which controlled the change of the angle of the cooling fan blade through the hydraulic system,so that the fan could be converted between suction and blowing,so as to effectively and automatically removed the debris adsorbed by the radiator and achieve the purpose of self-cleaning of the cooling system.After testing,the performance of the variable direction fan met the requirements of thermal balance,the reliability met the requirements of 1 000 hours of trouble-free,and the noise of the fan body deteriorated by 1.78%to meet the NVH requirements.
