烟草精准变量排肥机构研制及试验

为提高烟草精准变量施肥机施肥性能,改善变量施肥控制精度,设计了螺旋槽轮式排肥器,研究了不同排肥器结构对施肥稳定性的影响,对螺旋升角为45°、槽轮转速为25 r/min的不同凹槽半径的螺旋排肥器施肥量进行试验,结果显示,凹槽半径超过 10 mm之后,变异系数较小且趋于稳定,排肥均匀性好,并通过台架试验验证螺旋式槽轮的可靠性.试验表明:优化后的排肥器施肥量变异性系数明显减小,标准差减小 15.13%,变异系数降低 12.74%.所设计改进的排种器能够提高施肥机排肥稳定性,满足烟草精准变量施肥要求.
Development and experiment of precise variable rate fertilizer applicator for tobacco
In order to improve the performance of precision variable fertilizer applicator and improve the control accuracy of variable fertilizer application,a spiral groove wheel fertilizer applicator was designed,the influence of different structure of fertilizer applicator on the stability of fertilizer application was studied,the experiment on the fertilizer amount of spiral drainer with different groove radius of 45° and groove wheel speed of 25 r/min showed that the coefficient of variation was small and tended to be stable when the groove radius exceeded 10 mm,and the fertilizer discharge uniformity was good and the reliability of spiral groove wheel was verified by bench test.The results showed that the variation coefficient of fertilizer amount decreased significantly after optimization,the standard deviation decreased by 15.13%and the coefficient of variation decreased by 12.74%.The results showed that the improved seed dispenser could improve the stability of fertilizer dispenser and meet the requirements of precise variable fertilization of tobacco.
