设施蔬菜用轨道式多功能喷洒装备的研制

目前国内设施农业大部分喷施作业都由手动或电动背负式喷雾器完成,存在农药利用率低、人体伤害大和污染环境等弊端,因此设计研发了一种设施蔬菜用轨道式多功能喷洒装备.该喷洒设备通过可固定在温室顶部、地面、侧面的轨道移动,包含稳定机构、升降台、预热系统等拓展机构.试验结果表明,该设施蔬菜用轨道式多功能喷洒装备喷施的液剂和粉剂的覆盖率分别达到65.31%、67.12%,显著高于背负式喷洒装备的36.52%和47.71%;同样药箱容积下,该喷洒装备的作业时间比背负式喷雾器少 23.87%;在施药 7 天后,该装备的平均防效为 90.47%,显著高于背负式喷雾器的 84.31%,药剂效果优势显著.研究表明,该设施蔬菜用轨道式多功能喷洒装备具有喷洒范围广、稳定性高、提升药效的特点,可广泛用于设施蔬菜药剂喷施作业.
Development of rail-mounted multifunctional spraying equipment for facility vegetables
Most of the spraying operations in domestic facility agriculture are now done by manual or electric backpack sprayers,but there are drawbacks such as low pesticide utilization,human injury and pollution of the environment.A track-mounted multifunctional spraying equipment for facility vegetables was designed and developed,which was moved by a track that can be fixed on the top,ground,and side of the greenhouse,and had a stabilizing mechanism,a lifting platform,a preheating system,and other expanding mechanisms.The results showed that the coverage of liquid and powder was 65.31%and 67.12%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of knapsack spraying equipment(36.52%and 47.71%).Under the premise of the same box volume,the operation time of the spraying equipment was 23.87%less than that of the knapsack sprayer.After 7 days of application,the average effectiveness of the equipment was 90.47%,which was significantly higher than that of the knapsack sprayer(84.31%).This showed that the track-mounted multifunctional spraying equipment for facility vegetables had a wide spraying range,high stability,and enhances the effectiveness of the drug.This equipment could be widely used in the spraying operation of facility vegetables.
