Comparative test and analysis of two potato harvesters in hilly and mountainous areas
In order to compare the operation efficiency and operation cost of the crawler self-propelled sorting potato harvester and the digging shovel potato harvester suspended by the traditional tractor,a comparative test was designed according to the requirements of relevant standards.Through the comparative test,under the condition that all the operation quality indexes met the standard requirements,the total operation cost of the crawler self-propelled sorting potato harvester reached the same level as that of the traditional wheeled tractor+digging shovel potato harvesting method,while the operation efficiency was improved by 6%and the labor cost was saved by 16%.Through the comparative test,it was verified that the crawler self-propelled sorting potato harvester could achieve the advantages of saving labor cost and saving labor intensity under the typical hilly and mountainous area operation mode.Through the test,it was found that the product also needed to optimize and adjust the vibration frequency and strength of the front vibration conveying screen,the gap of the conveying screen,the engine power and other parameters in the design,so as to better adapt to the potato harvesting operation in the hilly and mountainous areas.
