摘要
接头也称连接链节,是收获机用链条的重要组成部件.其作用是将链条首尾相连,组成环形结构,接头脱落会给相关企业和用户带来很大损失.针对现实问题,从实用性出发,通过收集产品信息、一线反馈、故障解决等实践经验,从接头种类和使用建议 2 方面进行阐述,以期在产品设计、保养与维修作业中合理选用部件,减少或避免因接头所导致的设备故障和损失.
Abstract
The joint,also known as the connecting link,is an important component of the chain used in harvesters.Its function is to connect the chain from end to end,forming a circular structure.But due to the problem of joint detachment,it has caused significant losses to relevant enterprises and users.So far,there are relatively few and scattered literature on the introduction,selection,and maintenance of joints,making it difficult to fully utilize them.Therefore,from a practical perspective,by collecting product information,frontline feedback,and troubleshooting practical experience,types of connectors and usage suggestionswere elaborated,in order to reasonably select and reduce or avoid equipment failures and losses caused by connectors in product design,maintenance,and repair operations.
