纯电动新能源客车夏季内流场CFD仿真

与传统客车相比,纯电动新能源客车内没有明显热源,外界温度和空调系统对车厢内空气流动影响较大,为此建立了某 52 座纯电动新能源客车简化模型,采用标准k-ε湍流模型、利用计算流体力学理论,得出在炎热夏季高温条件下车厢内部的温度场和速度场云图,仿真获得车厢内空调系统送风温度和送风速度对车内乘员所在位置温度场和速度场的影响.研究结果对降低新能源客车能量损耗、提升乘客舒适感提供了优化依据.
CFD simulation of internal flow field of pure electric new energy buses in summer
Compared with traditional buses,there was no obvious heat source in the pure electric new energy bus,and the outside temperature and air conditioning system have a great influence on the air flow in the cabin,so a simplified model of a 52-seat pure electric new energy bus was established,the standard k-ε turbulence model was used,and the theory of computational fluid dynamics was used to obtain the contour map of the temperature field and velocity field inside the cabin under high temperature conditions in hot summer,and the influence of the air supply temperature and speed of the air conditioning system in the cabin on the temperature field and speed field of the occupants in the car were simulated.The results of this study provided an optimization basis for reducing energy loss and improving passenger comfort in new energy buses.
