车轮轮胎系统碳足迹模型建立与数据分析

基于生命周期评价方法,以车轮轮胎为研究对象,建立零件由原材料至产品使用期间的碳足迹模型并计算实际碳值.分析结果表明:车轮在原材料获取阶段的碳排放占比最高;轮胎在使用阶段的碳排放占比最高,其次为原材料获取与生产阶段.通过对车轮轮胎碳足迹的建模分析,可针对性地在产品生命周期不同阶段采取有效措施,降低零件的碳排放.
Establishment and data analysis of carbon footprint model for wheel and tire system
Based on the life cycle assessment method and using wheels and tires as the research object,a carbon footprint model from raw materials to product usage was established and calculated.The analysis results indicated that the proportion of carbon emissions from wheels was the highest during the raw material acquisition stage,while that from tires was the highest during the use stage,followed by the raw material acquisition and production stage.Based on modeling and analyzing the carbon footprint of wheels and tires,effective measures could be taken at different stages of the product life cycle to reduce the carbon emissions of parts.
