Study on emission characteristics of PEMS and CVS based on stroke dynamics parameters
In order to study the emission characteristics of different pollutants in the type I test, the portable emission test system(PEMS)and the full flow dilution system(CVS)were used to analyze the correlation between pollutant emission factors and the travel dynamics parameters, speed and acceleration of the vehicle. The results showed that there was an inverse relationship between relative positive acceleration(RPA)and v·apos[95](the 95th percentile of the product of velocity and positive acceleration greater than 0.1 m/s2),and the emission factors of CO,NOX,CO2 and PN were highest in the low speed segment, and the data collected by CVS and PEMS were basically the same.In the acceleration stage, the emission of pollutants increases significantly;in the deceleration stage, the emission of pollutants was less, and the impact on emission was also small. When v≤30 km/h and a≥0.8 m/s2,the emission factor will reach a peak.Due to the difference of equipment connection and air intake mode, the values of CVS and PEMS were different, but the two sets of equipment could be used in the test at the same time to improve the test accuracy,so this study has great significance for the study of emission characteristics of type I test.
