超越离合器试验台关键部件设计与计算

根据模拟离合器在实际工作状态下试验离合器的工作性能,设计了一种搭载 2 台异步电动机的超越离合器试验台,2 台电动机分别与增速圆柱齿轮箱和减速圆柱齿轮箱配合模拟离合器在实际工作中的驱动模块和加载模块.采用斜齿圆柱齿轮传动齿根危险截面弯曲强度校核公式,对增速圆柱齿轮箱大小齿轮进行强度校核;基于SolidWorks软件Simulation模块对增速箱大小齿轮不同扭矩进行静应力仿真分析;计算传动轴的 1、2 阶临界转速,判断轴的工作转速是否处在安全范围、增速圆柱齿轮箱传动轴在高速运转过程中是否发生共振现象.为超越离合器相关研究提供参考.
Key components design and calculation of overrunning clutch test bench
An overrunning clutch test bench equipped with two asynchronous motors was designed based on simulating the working performance of the test clutch in the actual working condition of the clutch.The two motors were matched with a speed-increasing cylindrical gearbox and a speed-reducing cylindrical gearbox respectively to simulate the driving and loading modules of the clutch in practice.The formula for checking the dangerous cross-section bending strength of the tooth root of the helical cylindrical gear transmission was used to check the strength of the gears of the speed increasing cylindrical gearbox;static stress simulation analysis of the gears of the speed increasing gearbox with different torque was carried out on the basis of the simulation module of SolidWorks;the critical speed of the transmission shaft of the first and the second order was calculated,and it was judged whether the operating speed of the shaft was in the safe range,whether there was resonance phenomenon in the drive shaft of speed-increasing cylindrical gearbox during high-speed operation.It provides reference for research related to overrunning clutches.
