Discussion on the influence of the arc height of vertically-arranged leaf spring on the length of straight tie rod in commercial vehicle
The spatial motion track of straight rod was taken as the research object.By studying the influence of spring arc height on straight rod length,the influence of spring arc height on straight rod length was calculated in three working conditions:flattening,full load and no load.The results showed that the arc height of leaf spring had an effect on the Z and X dimensions of the straight rod,but had little effect on the oblique length of the straight rod.This study provides a reference direction for understanding the movement trend of straight rods and further accurately designing the length of straight rods.
