Control optimization of energy management system for fuel cell heavy-duty trucks
With the development of the automotive industry, fuel cell heavy-duty trucks have gradually entered people's vision. However, its energy utilization efficiency is relatively low,and the energy management system still needs further optimization. To this end,by optimizing the energy management system of fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, its energy utilization efficiency could be improved, thereby improving the overall performance of the vehicle.Adopting a bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter as part of the system control, and using traditional phase shift control forward working mode for energy transfer, the overall performance of the system was improved through coordinated control and energy management. Finally, with type 4×Taking 2 semi-trailer tractor as an example for analysis and calculation, the results showed that the proposed energy management system optimization strategy could improve the energy efficiency of fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, reduce operating costs, and provide feasible technical support for the promotion and application of fuel cell heavy-duty trucks.
