Research on extrapolation of resistance coefficients for multiple vehicle models based on road coasting
By studying the road coasting resistance coefficients of several vehicle models,improvement direction could be provide for the extrapolation of resistance coefficients,thereby achieving the goal of optimizing resistance coefficients.The coasting test data accumulated over the years in the test ground was studied,and the coasting resistance coefficients data of three vehicle models were summarized.The influence of test mass and vehicle frontal area on the resistance coefficients was analyzed,and a mathematical method for calculating the resistance coefficients was extrapolated to improve the efficiency of sliding tests and meet the emission testing needs of enterprises.
