Overall scheme design of loading and unloading drive control system based on auto parts processing center
At present,many small and medium-sized enterprises in China still use traditional manual loading and unloading methods in production lines.Due to factors such as high labor intensity,low production efficiency,increased labor costs,and harsh production environment,some small and medium-sized enterprises are facing serious difficulties.Therefore,more reasonable designs are adopted in traditional industrial technology to achieve automation of material loading and unloading to meet market demand.Taking the motorcycle parts processing center of a factory in Jiangsu as the research object,an overall plan for the loading and unloading drive control system used in the motorcycle parts processing center was designed.According to the process requirements and production environment of the factory,the FANUC robot M-710iC/45M as selected as the robotic arm,with an AF46SNA-55 pneumatic three-jaw gripper.The driving method was electric hybrid drive,the motor as servo motor,and the transmission system was harmonic gear.By building a prototype to test the results,summarizing the results,and applying the system to practical environments,this solution could meet the hardware requirements of the loading and unloading drive control system.
