保质干燥是玉米收获后的关键作业环节,对国家粮食安全、减损增收至关重要.详细阐述了玉米自然干燥、就仓干燥、热风干燥以及红外干燥等干燥技术的原理和特点,进一步分析了玉米干燥装备的类型、结构和工作原理,并介绍了玉米果穗囤藏、高水分籽粒就仓干储与高温连续干燥等场景下的应用;基于现有干燥技术,提出了玉米不落地干燥作业工艺.总结玉米干燥作业过程中存在的品质损失大、能耗高、效率低以及智能化水平低等问题,并给出解决途径,未来研究方向将集中于玉米低温就仓干燥技术、移动式快速干燥技术、高效低碳保质干燥技术以及智能化控制技术等,为玉米保质干燥作业以及干燥装备的研发提供参考.
Research progress on maize drying technology and equipment
The high-quality drying process is the key operation link of maize after harvested,which is crucial to national food security,quality loss reduction and income increase.The principles and characteristics of diverse maize drying technologies were described in detail such as natural drying,in-store drying,hot air drying and infrared drying,et al.The types,structure and working principle of maize drying equipment were further analyzed,as well as the application of maize ear hoarding,high-moisture kernel in-store drying and high-temperature continuous drying was introduced.Based on the existing drying technology,the non-landing drying process of maize was proposed.The problems of high quality loss,high energy consumption,low efficiency and low intelligence level in the maize drying process were summarized,and the solutions was given.The next research will focus on the development of low-temperature in-store drying of maize,the mobile rapid drying,the high-efficiency continuous drying and the intelligent control.The results provides a reference for the research and development of maize high-quality drying operation and drying equipment.
