针对现阶段市面上烟叶收购线存在的收购效率低、数字化程度低等问题,设计了一款烟叶数字化收购系统,对整个收购装置的结构及数字化系统进行了重新设计.通过提高收购系统的智能化程度和各系统模块结构上的合理配合交互,提高烟叶收购的效率及准确率.烤烟数字化收购流水线研制完成后,在烟叶收购站进行试验并投入试运行,对烤烟定级检测模块的准确性进行验证,准确率保持在 97.54%,满足实际生产需求;日收购烟叶可达 20 t,与传统人工相比,该数字化收购流水线单条线减工可达 70%,极大地减少了用工成本.
Development of digitalized acquisition line for roasted cigarettes
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and low digitalization of the tobacco acquisition line in the market at this stage,a tobacco digital acquisition system was designed.The system redesigned the structure of the entire acquisition device and the digital system.By improving the degree of intelligence of the acquisition system and the reasonable cooperation and interaction of the structure of each system module,the efficiency and accuracy of tobacco acquisition could be improved.After the completion of the development,digital tobacco acquisition line was put in the tobacco purchase station for test and trial operation,the accuracy of the tobacco grading detection module was verify,the accuracy rate remain at 97.54%,which could meet the actual production needs.The daily purchase of tobacco was up to 20 t,compare with the traditional manual work,a single digital acquisition line could reduce the labor of by up to 70%,which greatly reduce the labor cost.
