不同结构的热管理系统集成水箱流动仿真研究

为研究新能源动力总成热管理系统水箱内部冷却液流通情况,选择夏季工况的电驱冷却模式,通过STAR-CCM+软件对水箱进行不同工况及结构变化情况下的仿真分析,研究冷却液在大、小水箱内部的流通情况.仿真结果表明,在水箱内增加导流板后,改变流量,水箱内部的流动情况没有改善;将导流板改为U型时,大、小水箱内部扰动加强,产生了涡流现象;增加U型导流板长度和大、小水箱联通通孔数,大、小水箱内部扰动进一步加强,大、小水箱的连通性加强.
Research on flow simulation of integrated water tank with different structures in thermal management system
In order to study the flow of coolant inside the water tank of the thermal management system of the new energy power assembly,the electric drive cooling mode of the summer working condition was selected.The simulation analysis of the water tank under different working conditions and structural changes was carried out by STAR-CCM+,and the flow of coolant inside the large and small water tanks was studied.The simulation results showed that the flow in the water tank was not improved by changing the flow rate after adding the deflector in the water tank;when the deflector was changed to U-shaped,the internal disturbance of the large water tank was strengthened,and the eddy current phenomenon was generated.Increasing the length of the U-shaped deflector and the number of connected holes in the large and small water tanks,the internal disturbance of the large water tank was further strengthened,and the connectivity of the large and small water tanks was strengthened.
