防错技术在汽车总装工艺中的应用及提升

摘要
防错技术作为各大整车厂在总装工艺过程中的品质保证手段,受到越来越多的重视.通过对总装工艺中各项防错技术的调查,详细阐述了汽车设计阶段和制造阶段 2 个过程的防错技术.针对整车制造过程中螺栓拧紧类重要工序防错能力不足,提出一种双防错品质保证(Quality Assurance,QA)系统,在原QA系统仅对螺栓扭力值防错的基础上,增加对螺栓拧紧角度的防错.数据表明,在引入双防错QA系统后,螺栓拧紧类作业的品质不良削减了约 82.6%,大大提升了整车生产品质.
Abstract
Error prevention technology,as a quality assurance tool in the final assembly process of major vehicle manufacturers,has received increasing attention.By investigating various error prevention techniques in the final assembly process,the error prevention techniques were elaborated in detail in the two stages of automotive design and manufacturing.A Quality Assurance(QA)system with dual error prevention was proposed to address the insufficient error prevention capability of important bolt tightening processes in the entire vehicle manufacturing process.On the basis of the original QA system only preventing errors in bolt torque values,it increased the error prevention of bolt tightening angles.The data showed that after the introduction of the dual error prevention QA system,the quality defects of bolt tightening operations had been reduced by about 82.6%,greatly improving the overall production quality of the vehicle.
