摘要
为了完成侧围零件上常规拉铆枪无法到达特殊位置的拉铆任务,通过对铆接工作原理及拉铆螺母轴向受力情况的分析,设计了一套由推力轴承、止推板、连接块、动力工具等组成的拉铆装置,代替常规拉铆枪完成侧围零件特殊位置的铆接作业.实际生产应用结果表明,该装置适配各种不同的工具,灵活性强,能较好地满足铆接工艺要求,生产成本低,适用于不同场合.
Abstract
To fulfill the riveting tasks in special locations on side panel parts that were inaccessible to conventional riveting guns,the working principle of riveting and the axial force on the rivet nut were analyzed.Based on this analysis,a set of compact riveting device was designed,consisting of thrust bearings,thrust plate,connecting blocks,and power tools.This device replaces the conventional riveting gun in completing the riveting operations in special locations on side panel parts.The actual production application results show that the device was adaptable to various tools with strong flexibility,could better meet the requirements of riveting process with low production cost,and was suitable for different occasions.
