摘要

针对空气弹簧扣压工艺参数设计时凭经验设定而出现验证周期长、成本大,扣压失效分析无理论支撑等问题,建立扣压分析模型,对扣压过程进行仿真分析,结合扣压过程的研发分析,模拟扣压曲线,解决扣压前期设计及过程问题分析,为空气弹簧扣压工艺设计提供参考.

Abstract

In response to the problems of long verification cycle,high cost,and lack of theoretical support for clamping failure analysis in the design of air spring clamping process parameters based on experience,a clamping analysis model was established to simulate and analyze the clamping process.Combined with the research and development analysis of the clamping process,the clamping curve was simulated to solve the problems in the early design and process analysis of clamping,providing reference for the design of air spring clamping processs.
