Dynamic characterization analysis of swash plate axial piston pump based on ADAMS
The swash plate axial piston pump,as a crucial power component in hydraulic actuation systems,its movement characteristics are directly related to the overall operational characteristics of such systems.To analyze the dynamic properties of the swash plate axial piston pump,based on the ADAMS platform,and in accordance with the motion principles of the swash plate axial piston pump,various constraints were added in the ADAMS simulation software.This facilitated kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis of the swash plate axial piston pump,obtaining displacement,velocity,and acceleration characteristic curves of its major components under different operating conditions.By comparing the simulation results with theoretically derived calculations,the correctness of the ADAMS simulation model was validated,providing an effective method for researching and analyzing the dynamic performance of swash plate axial piston pumps.
