Oriented to the study of experimental methods for tobacco mechanical modality
In view of the short service life of the harmonic reducer at the joint of the manipulator in the storage of finished tobacco machinery, the computational modal analysis of the flexible wheel of the wearing parts of the harmonic reducer was carried out based on Ansys software, and at the same time, the pulse hammering method was used as the excitation method of the flexible wheel, and the modal parameters were collected and identified by the LMS Test.Lab data acquisition system, and the experimental research on the flexible wheel of the harmonic reducer was carried out.Through simulation,it was found that the deformation of the flexible wheel was mainly manifested by the radial stretch of the flexible wheel barrel and the axial deflection of the low barrel, and the low-order mode shape of the flexible wheel was similar to the deformation of the flexible wheel under the action of the cosine wave generator,so the dynamic performance of the flexible wheel was good. The relative error between the calculated results and the experimental test results was 10.35%and the minimum was only 0.85%,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model and the experimental method, and the modal confidence matrix was used to evaluate the reliability of the experiment, and it was found that the mode was completely decoupled and the experiment was credible, and the maximum modal contribution was the 7th,8th,and 10th order respectively, which was used as a reference to avoid resonance. It provides reference and basis for the analysis of vibration characteristics of harmonic reducer.
