大型带式烘干机布料装置及其控制系统的设计

摘要
在大型带式烘干机干燥物料的过程中,物料分布的均匀程度将直接影响物料的干燥效果.为了实现物料分布均匀,设计了一种大型带式烘干机的布料装置,可以很好满足大型烘干机的布料需求,并设计了一套以西门子S7-1200 PLC为核心处理器,触摸屏为人机交互界面的均匀布料控制系统.对设计的摆动式布料器进行数学建模及分析物料运动,经试验验证,建立的数学模型准确,系统操作简单、运行稳定,可以实现均匀布料,为后续大型带式烘干机稳产、高产创造了有利条件.
Abstract
In the process of drying materials by large belt dryer,the uniformity of material distribution will directly affect the drying effect of materials.In order to achieve uniform distribution of materials,a large belt dryer distribution device was designed,which could well meet the distribution requirements of large dryers,and designs a set of uniform distribution control system with Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the core processor and touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface.The mathematical model of the swing distributor was established and the material movement was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the mathematical model was accurate,the system operation was simple and stable,and the uniform distribution could be realize,which creates favorable conditions for the stable and high yield of the subsequent large belt dryer.
