针对大学生方程式赛车发动机增设限流阀导致的动力性下降问题,以西安航空学院大学生方程式赛车搭载的GSX R600 发动机为研究对象,对其进气系统开展优化设计.基于赛事规则和发动机基本参数,确定进气系统布置形式及进气总管、稳压腔、进气歧管相关参数,并利用CATIA软件建立进气系统三维模型.利用ANSYS Fluent软件针对速度场、压力场、质量流量开展流体动力学分析,结果表明所设计进气系统性能优于上赛季.为进一步改善进气均匀度、提高充气效率,对进气总管与稳压腔交界面形状进行优化,优化后进气系统质量流量提高了2.6 g/s,4 个进气歧管质量流量标准差降低了 50.17%.
In view of the problem of power reduction caused by the addition restrictor valve for engine of FSAE cars,the optimization and design of the GSX R600 engine intake system of the Formula racing car from Xi'an Aeronautical Institute was researched.Based on the competition rules and basic parameters of the engine,the arrangement form of intake system and related parameters of intake tube,pressure regulator chamber,and intake manifold were determined.Meanwhile,the three-dimensional model of intake system was established by using CATIA software.The fluid dynamics analysis of velocity,pressure and mass flow rate were conducted by using ANSYS Fluent software.The simulation results demonstrated that the performance of designed intake system was superior to the last season.To further improve the intake uniformity and increase the charging efficiency,the interface shape between the intake manifold and pressure regulator chamber was optimized,compared with the previous intake system,the mass flow rate was improved by 2.6 g/s,and the standard deviation of four intake manifolds was reduced by 50.17%.
