现代汽车作为高度集成化工业产品,其零件安全至关重要,每个重要零件均会影响整车质量,需有相应的追溯机制降低损失.目前,汽车企业一个平台可能会有多个车型,相似零件较多,生产制造过程有较大错装风险.因此,基于汽车企业普遍实行的零部件精确追溯机制及追溯原理,对零件防错系统进行优化,降低同平台多个相似产品间错装的概率,提高汽车整车制造质量.
Research on antimisassembly system based on accurate traceability of automotive parts
As a highly integrated industrial product,the safety of vehicle parts was crucial for modern automobiles.Each important part would affect the quality of the entire vehicle,and corresponding traceability mechanisms were need to reduce losses.At present,an automotive company may have multiple vehicle models on one platform,with many similar parts,and there was a significant risk of incorrect installation during the production and manufacturing process.Mainly introduced the precise component traceability mechanism commonly implemented by automotive enterprises,and optimizes the component error prevention system based on existing traceability principles to reduce the probability of incorrect installation between multiple similar products on the same platform and improve the quality of automotive vehicle manufacturing.
