Review of research and application statusof intelligent operation and maintenance of high-speed rail gearboxes based on machine learning
As an important transmission component,the performance and reliability of high-speed rail gearboxes are crucial to the safe operation of the entire vehicle.In recent years,machine learning algorithms have effectively addressed the issues present in traditional intelligent operation and maintenance methods.Machine learning-based intelligent operation and maintenance technology had made significant progress in fault diagnosis,predictive maintenance,and maintenance decision optimization for high-speed rail gearboxes.So the research status of traditional machine learning,deep learning and transfer learning in the field of intelligent operation and maintenance of high-speed rail gearboxes was systematically sorted out,and the main challenges in realising intelligent operation and maintenance of high-speed rail gearboxes and the development trend of intelligent operation and maintenance of high-speed rail gearboxes based on machine learning are discussed in depth.The aim of this review was to provide useful references and guidance for researchers and practitioners in the field of high-speed rail maintenance.
