薄板烘丝机蒸汽管道系统改造与应用

薄板烘丝机在长期使用过程中薄板易产生裂纹和漏点,使得蒸汽泄露与烟丝直接接触,造成烘后出现水湿烟,原有薄板泄漏检修方式准确性不高、效率低.为此,在原有设备基础上进行主蒸汽管道改造,接入空气压缩气体管道、控制阀门、压力检测装置;使用新型打压检测的方式,即时发现薄板泄露点,避免薄板蒸汽泄露风险;改造后,出口含水率标准偏差平均值从 0.511%降至 0.25%,检修时间由平均每次 99 min降至 27.5 min,增强了检测可靠性,提高了检修时效性,避免了工艺质量事故的出现.
Transformation and application of steam pipeline system in thin plate drying machine
During long-term use,thin plate dryers are prone to cracking and leakage points,which can cause steam leakage and direct contact with tobacco,resulting in moisture and smoke after drying.However,the original thin plate leakage maintenance method has low accuracy and efficiency.Therefore,the aims to retrofit the main steam pipeline on the basis of the existing equipment,connecting compressed air pipelines,control valves,and pressure detection devices;the use of a new pressure detection method can instantly detect the leakage point of thin plates,effectively avoiding the risk of steam leakage from thin plates,and reducing the average standard deviation of outlet moisture content from 0.511%to 0.250%;improved maintenance timeliness,reducing maintenance time from an average of 99 min per session to 27.5 min,enhance detection reliability and avoid the occurrence of process quality accidents.
