Superstring precision machining technology and its application based on five axis linkage
Under the background of"Made in China 2025",the manufacturing industry is developing rapidly with intelligence,speed,and precision,especially in the manufacturing of aerospace and military products,which require increasingly high machining accuracy and surface quality of parts.In order to further optimize the machining process and improve the machining efficiency of parts,the parameter comparison analysis in the surface precision machining programming process using MasterCAM software was used to verify the quantitative relationship between tool diameter and residual ridge height.Prove the feasibility of using the characteristics of five axis linkage machining technology to achieve smaller residual ridge height and higher surface quality effects when using ultra large chord radius cutting tools and larger path spacing.Finally,using MasterCAM software for programming example application analysis,it was found that under the same surface quality requirements,the ultra string precision machining technology had significant advantages in improving surface machining efficiency compared to ordinary machining schemes.
