Analysis of leaf spring deformation after heat treatment
Automobile Leaf Spring is an important part of suspension system,and heat treatment is the core process of leaf spring processing.In order to solve the deformation problem of leaf spring during heat treatment,the heating,quenching and tempering process of leaf spring during heat treatment were analyzed,and formulate the corresponding control program.
