某柴油机冷启动异响排查及优化方案

针对某机型柴油机出现的冷启动怠速异响问题,采用"主观评价—试验分析与仿真分析相结合—试验验证"的NVH分析方法,确定该机型柴油机冷启动异响问题是由于机油泵阻尼孔直径设计过大,导致机油泵泄压阀阀芯进入超调失稳振动状态,进而引起冷却系统零部件声振响应.对机油泵进行仿真分析并进行试验验证,结果表明适当调整阻尼孔尺寸可消除该机型柴油机的冷启动怠速异响问题.
A diesel engine cold start abnormal noise troubleshooting and optimization scheme
This article addresses the strange noise of cold start idle speed of a diesel engine of a certain model by applying the subjective assessment of the test and simulation analysis,the test validated the NVH analysis method of the Gong and determined that the cold start odd noise issue with the diesel engine on this model was caused by the oil pump dampening hole being too large in diameter,causing the oil pump pressure relief valve spool to easily enter an over-regulated unstable vibration condition,which in turn caused the cooling system components to vibrate.The oil pump was simulated and tested,and the proper adjustment of the damper bore size eliminates the cold start idling noise issue on the diesel engine.
