摘要

热泵适用于干燥高含水率、难干燥的农产品,具有显著的节能优势.但受物料非线性脱水的影响,农产品热泵干燥参数控制难度大,尤其温度、湿度、风速作为重要参数,其精准控制与过程调控技术尚不成熟,限制了农产品热泵干燥的进一步发展.因此综述了温度、湿度、风速对农产品热泵干燥效率、能耗、品质的影响,并分析了参数精准调控技术与过程调控技术的发展现状与发展趋势,以期为高效、高质、节能的农产品热泵干燥装备开发提供参考.

Abstract

Heat pump drying is suitable for agricultural product with high moisture content and hard to dry,has significant advantage of energy-saving.However,it was very difficult to control the drying parameters of heat pump drying due to the nonlinear dehydration of materials.Especially,as important factors in heat pump drying,temperature,humidity,air speed lack of mature precision control and process control technology,this limits the development of the heat pump drying technology.The effects of temperature,humidity and air speed on the drying efficiency,energy consumption and quality of agricultural product heat pump were reviewed,and analyzd the development status and future development trend of parameter precision control technology and process control technology,in order to provide reference for the development of efficient,high-quality and energy-saving agricultural product heat pump drying equipment.
