摘要
虽然地膜拥有提高地温、保水保湿、促进种子发芽、缩短缓苗期、加快幼苗增长、抑制杂草生长和提高产量等优势,但却存在导致土壤板结、透气性下降、水肥输导不良等缺点.因此,在作物生长的适当时机,必须揭膜以避免其负面效应.针对丘陵山区揭膜培土困难、无机可用的情况,研发了一款在丘陵山区具有一定实用价值的牵引式揭膜培土机,通过残膜极限破断张力实验研究,得到最佳揭膜角度,解决了山坡地揭膜培土过程中的断膜问题、稳定性问题,降低了作业人工成本,对丘陵山区农业生产具有一定现实意义.
Abstract
Although mulching had the advantages of increasing ground temperature,retaining water and moisture,promoting seed germination,shortening the seedling retarding period,accelerating seedling growth,inhibiting weed growth and improving yields,it had the disadvantages of leading to soil compaction,reduced permeability and poor water and fertilizer transport.Therefore,at the appropriate time of crop growth,the film must be removed to avoid its negative effects.In view of the hilly mountainous area uncovering film cultivation difficult,no machine available dilemma,a traction uncovering film cultivation machine in the hilly mountainous area had a certain practical value was developed,through the residual film limit breaking tension experimental research,to get the optimal uncovering angle,solved the hillside uncovering film cultivation process of film breakage problems,process stability problems,reduce the operation of the labor cost,the hilly mountainous areas of agricultural production has an important practical significance.
