Simulation and test of compression mechanism of six-lane bale rope and large square bale tying machine
The working process of large square bale baler is relatively complex, and the performance of the compression mechanism is the key to affect the compression moulding of straw bales, which directly affects the bale density and operational efficiency of the baler.According to the working principle of the compression mechanism of the big square bale baler,Creo Parametric software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the compression mechanism, and ADAMS,a multi-body dynamics simulation software, was used to carry out a motion simulation analysis of the constructed model, the stroke of the compression mechanism was obtained to be 740 mm,which was in agreement with the calculated results. The field test of the whole machine shows that:the designed compression mechanism of six-channel bale rope, the density of moulded hay bales was above 160 kg/m3,which was better than the evaluation index, and meets the operational requirements of six-channel bale rope baler. This study can provide a reference for the structural design of the compression mechanism of the six-channel bale rope baler.
