基于灵敏度分析的无人集运车车架轻量化仿真分析

为提高无人集运车的经济性和可靠性,建立了无人集运车车架有限元模型,对其强度、刚度及模态性能进行分析.通过对车架柔度、质量以及 1 阶模态的灵敏度分析,选择车架优化的设计变量;使用HyperMesh模块建立尺寸优化模型,在满足强度、刚度和 1 阶模态性能的前提下,以质量最小为优化目标对车架进行优化设计.结果表明,无人集运车车架质量减轻 10%且满足性能要求,为车架轻量化设计提供了一定参考.
Lightweight simulation analysis of unmanned container transport vehicle frame based on sensitivity analysis
In order to improve the economy and reliability of unmanned aerial vehicle consolidation vehicles,the finite element model of the frame of unmanned container transport vehicle was established,and the strength,stiffness and modal performance of the frame were analyzed.Through the sensitivity analysis of frame compliance,mass and first-order mode,the design variables of frame optimization were selected.The size optimization model was established by HyperMesh module.On the premise of satisfying the strength,stiffness and first-order modal performance,the optimization design of the frame was carried out with the objective of minimizing the mass.The results showed that the weight of the frame was reduced by 10%and the performance requirements were met.The method can provide a certain reference for the lightweight design of the frame.
