一种基于创新驱动的新型叉臂式玻璃升降器设计研究

玻璃升降器在上升至顶部时通常会产生碰撞声和噪声,不仅降低了车内环境的静谧性,还可能对车窗及相关部件造成损伤.针对汽车车窗升顶过程中容易产生碰撞与噪声的问题,提出一种车窗玻璃升降器优化设计方案,并将所提方案与传统模型进行仿真对比.结果表明,优化后的车窗升顶机构能够显著降低升顶时的碰撞力度和噪声水平,特别是对 72 Hz响应峰值改善效果显著.所提方案为提升汽车内饰品质提供了新的思路和方法.
Design and research of a newforkbone glass regulator based on innovation
When the window is raise to the top,it usually produces crash sound and noise,which not only reduces the quietness of the interior environment,but also may cause damage to the window and related components.Focusing on the problems of collision and noise in the process of automobile window lifting,a new optimization design scheme for window window regulator was proposed,and compares the scheme with the traditional model,the results show that the optimized window lifting mechanism could significantly reduce the collision force and noise level during roofing,especially for the 72 Hz response peak improvement effect,which provides a new idea and method for improving the quality of automotive interiors.
