摘要

为设计一种新型平地机翻滚保护机构(ROPS),根据国家安全标准的要求,通过HyperMesh及ABAQUS软件建立ROPS有限元分析模型并进行非线性有限元分析,得到ROPS在侧向、垂直、纵向加载及侧向吸能工况下的应力和变形情况.结果表明,该驾驶室ROPS的设计满足国标要求,为平地机ROPS的研究提供了一定理论基础.

Abstract

In order to study the structural performance of a new type of Roll-over Protective Structure(ROPS)for graders,according to the requirements of national safety standards,the ROPS finite element analysis model was established through HyperMesh and ABAQUS software,then the nonlinear finite element analysis was completed,and the stress and deformation of ROPS under lateral,vertical,longitudinal loading and lateral energy absorption conditions were obtained.The results showed that it was verified that the design of the grader ROPS could meet the requirements of the national standard,which provides a basis for the research of grader ROPS.
